When you book a property, you enter into a contract with the host. Nidos n Villas facilitates payment but is not a party to the rental agreement.

4. Host Obligations

Hosts must accurately represent their properties, honor confirmed bookings, and comply with local laws and regulations.

5. Cancellations

Cancellation policies vary by property. Review the specific policy before booking.

6. Fees

Nidos n Villas charges a service fee of 10% on bookings. Hosts receive 90% of the booking amount.

7. Prohibited Activities

You may not use Nidos n Villas for fraudulent purposes, to violate laws, or to circumvent our payment system.
